StrataJoint Adjustable is a heavy-duty, leave-in-place armoured joint system engineered for industrial concrete floors subjected to demanding MHE traffic. Its three-layer steel construction—comprising a sinusoidal top profile, debris-blocking intermediate plates and robust anchor angles—provides smooth vehicle traversal, efficient load transfer and long-term arris protection.

Designed for ease of installation and reliable joint opening behaviour, StrataJoint Adjustable utilises an adjustable intersection post to create intersections, supporting clean pours, accurate slab alignment and consistent performance for joint openings of up to 25 mm.

The sinusoidal top plates eliminate impact from traffic ensuring longevity of the slab.

StrataJoint is designed to simplify installation, offering rapid set-up, straightforward alignment of continuous joint runs, and simple connection via a height-adjustable intersection post. This enables the efficient formation of four-way intersections (X), three-way intersections (T), and corner intersections (L), supporting accurate joint layout and consistent slab construction.

StrataJoint has class leading load transfer capability and provides long term arris protection. Suitable for up to 25mm joint openings.
