LineaJoint Adjustable Armoured Joint

LineaJoint Adjustable is a heavy-duty, leave-in-place armoured joint system engineered for industrial concrete floors subjected to continuous MHE traffic. Designed for ease of installation and long-term service performance, it provides superior arris protection, accurate load transfer and clean, stable slab edges.

Featuring innovative adjustable lower double divider plates and robust cold-drawn steel top strips, LineaJoint Adjustable delivers high durability and consistent performance for joint openings of up to 30 mm.

LineaJoint has been developed from decades of industrial flooring expertise, with two primary design objectives: fast, efficient installation and reliable, long-term performance. The system’s cold-drawn steel topstrips incorporate true square arris profiles, promoting clean, tightly compacted slab edges and reducing the risk of arris spalling commonly associated with radiused or lower-grade alternatives.

Each topstrip is securely anchored into the slab by drawn-arc welded shear connectors, with all welds 100% inspected and tested as part of a rigorous quality assurance process. During installation, frangible plastic fasteners temporarily retain the topstrips in position, allowing controlled separation as adjacent slabs cure and undergo drying shrinkage.

A robust shuttering configuration is achieved through an upper divider plate welded beneath one topstrip, combined with LineaJoint’s innovative adjustable double lower divider plate. This arrangement eliminates concrete seepage between the upper and lower divider plate junction, resulting in cleaner pours and improved slab edge verticality.

Precision-welded load transfer dowels, fitted with low-friction sleeves on the free side, ensure accurate alignment and allow unrestrained slab movement, delivering consistent and efficient load transfer throughout the service life of the floor.

LineaJoint is designed to simplify installation, offering rapid set-up, straightforward alignment of continuous joint runs and simple integration with standard accessories. Available accessories include installation jacks, four-way intersections (X), three-way intersections (T), and corner intersections (L), enabling efficient layout and accurate joint configuration on site.
