Vector Flooring Products Ltd is a UK-based manufacturer of innovative concrete floor joint systems engineered to perform in the most demanding industrial and logistics environments.
From our advanced Somerset facility, we design and manufacture heavy-duty joint solutions engineered to protect concrete slabs, optimise load transfer across joints, and enhance floor performance in high-traffic, mission-critical environments. Deployed in logistics hubs, distribution centres, warehouses, factories, and transportation depots, VectorJoint® systems are built to withstand continuous operational stresses while enabling the faster construction of flatter and more durable concrete floors.
In addition to our standard range of floor joint products, we design and manufacture bespoke joint solutions engineered to meet the specific performance requirements of individual applications. Our experience includes systems developed for aggressive coastal environments such as dockyards, high-abrasion and impact-intensive facilities including waste transfer stations and military tank workshops subject to extreme point loads and tracked vehicle traffic. We have also delivered non-metallic joint systems for firing ranges, where the elimination of ricochet risk is critical.

Founded by Shaun Spurrell, Vector Flooring Products Ltd brings together decades of specialist expertise and a proven track record of innovation in concrete flooring systems. Shaun previously founded Isedio Ltd in 2009, where he led the company’s international growth and established it as a recognised industry leader prior to its acquisition by Ancon/CRH plc in 2019.
In 2024, driven by a desire to return to hands-on product development and British manufacturing excellence, Shaun established Vector Flooring Products Ltd with a clear objective: to design and manufacture exceptionally well-engineered concrete floor joint systems, competitively priced and supported by outstanding technical support and customer service.
