SineJoint Adjustable is a heavy-duty, leave-in-place armoured joint system engineered for industrial concrete floors subjected to continuous MHE traffic. Its sinusoidal steel topstrips significantly reduce impact stresses, minimise arris damage and provide long-term protection against spalling, while precision-welded load-transfer dowels deliver class-leading load transfer performance.

Designed for clean installation and reliable joint opening behaviour, SineJoint Adjustable features configurable intersections that support accurate alignment and durable, high-performance slab construction.

SineJoint is the result of decades of industrial flooring expertise, engineered for easy installation and exceptional long-term performance. Its sinusoidal steel topstrips significantly minimise impact and prevent spalling, with precision-welded shear connectors ensuring secure anchorage. Formed through a controlled manufacturing process, the topstrips profile follows a sinusoidal wave shape.

Frangible topstrip fasteners allow natural slab movement as concrete cures, while upper and innovative double lower divider plates provide clean, reliable shuttering with no concrete seepage. Precision-welded dowels with low-friction sleeves ensure accurate alignment and smooth slab movement.

Together, these features deliver a cleaner pour, improved edge verticality and superior load transfer for durable, high-performance concrete floors.

SineJoint is designed to simplify installation, offering rapid set-up, straightforward alignment of continuous joint runs, and simple connection via a height-adjustable intersection post. This allows the efficient formation of four-way intersections (X), three-way intersections (T), and corner intersections (L), supporting accurate joint layout and consistent slab construction.

SineJoint has class leading load transfer capability and provides long term arris protection. Suitable for up to 25mm joint openings.
