Vector Flooring Products provides a comprehensive range of accessories, load-transfer dowels and sleeves designed to support accurate installation and high-performance concrete floor construction.

All VectorJoint® products are available with a full range of intersection components, including four-way (X), three-way (T), and two-way (L) configurations. Two variants of the two-way (L) intersection are offered to accommodate differing joint layouts and slab arrangements.

To assist with accurate installation, VectorJoint® systems utilise a dedicated Installation Jack. The jack is fixed to the joint and temporarily pinned to the sub-base using a steel pin. This allows precise vertical adjustment to achieve the required finished floor level, as well as fine alignment to ensure the joint is set perpendicular to the floor surface prior to concreting.

Where full armoured joints are not required for a given application, timber formwork can be used in conjunction with VectorJoint® load-transfer dowels and sleeves. Durable metal sleeve holders are fixed to the timber formwork, with the sleeves positioned over the holders prior to concreting.

Once the concrete has cured, the timber formwork is removed along with the metal sleeve holders which can be re-used time and time again. The dowel plates are then inserted into the cavities formed by the sleeves, allowing the adjacent slab panel to be cast while maintaining effective load transfer.
